Welcome to the 2022 West Virginia School Safety Conference. During this one-day conference, we will look at school violence across the United States and what we have learned. Leading experts from Columbine High School, Sycamore Middle School and Hillsborough County Public Schools will share their stories and how they have created safer school environments. This event is for all school administrators, law enforcement executives, school security directors, emergency managers, school safety officers, school resource officers, probation officers, school crisis team members, educators, community leaders, industry solution providers and mental health professionals.

When will the School Safety Conference take place? And where is it located?
The School Safety Conference will take place on Thursday, October 27 th at the Charleston Marriott Town Center, 200 Lee Street East, Charleston, WV 25301.
How do I register?

What is the registration fee? How do I pay?
Registration is $350 for person, and the fee includes a full day of speakers and meals are provided. Click here to be redirected to the payment page. You can pay via credit card or through a purchase order.
What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are registered for the conference and then find that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
Are sponsorship opportunities available?

Are CEU hours available?
Yes, CEU hours for law enforcement members and school counselors will be provided.

What happens if Covid causes the conference to be cancelled?
Participants will be notified and the conference will be rescheduled to a later date.
