To gain access to the course, please pay via Stripe online or mail a money order or cashier’s check for $125 to Mountain State ESC c/o Substitute Teacher Training 501 22nd Street, Dunbar, WV 25064
The course will begin on January 7, 2019, and will conclude on January 25, 2019. You must complete ALL requirements of the course by 4:00 p.m. on the last day of the course. No extensions will be granted.
NOTE: Completion of this course does not guarantee employment with any county.
REMINDER: Payment must be received by Mountain State ESC before access to the course can be granted. We do not accept personal checks or cash payments.
No refunds will be issued for failure to complete and/or pass the course.
