Presenters

Jennifer Dale, Ed.D.
Co-Founder/Chief Impact Officer, K12 Systems Change Solutions, LLC
Jennifer Dale is the Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Impact Officer for K12 Systems Change Solutions, LLC whose mission is to provide high-quality professional learning that facilitates the implementation of evidence-based programs and practices to improve outcomes for all students. She specializes in assisting K-12 schools and education curriculum providers in using the principles of implementation science to implement evidence-based programs and practices with fidelity.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree in School Counseling, and a Doctorate in Education in Innovation and Leadership. Jennifer previously served as a Program Administrator and Lead of the Leadership and Impact Division at Johns Hopkins University School of Education Center for Technology in Education (JHU CTE). In this role, Dr. Dale spearheaded the development and use of a systems change model at the international, state, and local levels and taught Advanced Instructional Strategies in the International Teaching and Global Leadership Master’s program. Jennifer most recently published an article titled, The Role of High-Performance Implementation Teams in Promoting Effective Use of Evidence-Based Practices (October, 2022), in the Journal of School Administration Research and Development (JSARD).
She is currently working as a contractor with the West Virginia Department of Education Office of Special Education on the Guideposts to Graduation initiative where she develops training and resources and facilitates a Community of Practice for schools, districts, and charters to improve graduation outcomes for students with disabilities in West Virginia.
Her previous roles also include serving as the State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) Coordinator for the state of Maryland, a Coordinator of Instruction for Special Education K-12, a Preschool Special Education Coordinator, an Alternate Assessment Facilitator, a Response to Intervention Instructional Coach, and a classroom teacher.
