The IRS released a new W-4 for 2020. All new employees will complete this form as part of their employee packet. Existing employees are not required to complete a new forum unless they wish to change their withholding. Changes may be completed at any time throughout the year. If you wish to change your withholding information, please complete the W-4 2020 form and return the original to Rachel Bias at 501 22nd Street, Dunbar, WV 25064
Salary Upgrade information
If you have completed additional hours, please contact Tinessa Williamson at tdwilliamson@k12.wv.us to determine if you are eligible to apply for a salary upgrade from Mountain State ESC. If you are eligible, yuou will need to request an official transcript be sent to Jan Hanlon, Executive Director. Transcripts can be mailed to 501 22nd Street, Dunbar, WV 25064 or sent electronically to rcbials@k12.wv.us.
