Dr. Sabrina Runyon

Dr. Runyon has been an educator in Mingo County for 27 years, having taught science, math, computer skills, and Title I programs for grades 6-12.  She also taught adult basic education and college science courses. She was an assistant principal for two years and principal for eight  years at a Lenore PK-8. She currently is the PK-8 director, Title I and Title III director for Mingo County Schools. She received her bachelor’s degree from Marshall University, her master’s from Salem International University, and her doctorate from Phoenix University in 2016.

Her first book, Sabrina’s Book will be previewed at the Reading Festival in Charleston this fall.
